Welcome back to another week of Turnkey Retirement! 

Fall brings a lot of change to our lives. School is in full swing, temperatures are changing, we start ramping up for holidays, and more. Take this as an opportunity to make the necessary changes in your life, including retirement. Below is a great example of someone making the necessary changes, even later in life. 

We met with Marcia 1:1 last week after having our first interaction during an investor meetup. During the meetup, we shared the value of self-directing your retirement and how to get started. This was the first time Marcia heard about this concept in her 30 years of being an active investor. Her words were, “I wish I would’ve known about you guys sooner!”

Marcia knew right away that she needed to have a 1:1 to discuss her goals, experience, and interest in self-directing her retirement. She shared how successful she’s been as an active investor in Wall Street. She’s recently invested in commercial real estate and recognizes the value it adds to her retirement strategy. Marcia is a retired pediatrician and she knew that she had to take control of her retirement early on. However, it wasn’t until we met up that she learned about self-directing qualified funds and investing them in the many alternative assets available. 

We spoke in detail about the process. We showed her the tools, resources, and support eQRP offers to help those who self-direct do so effectively. Fortunately, Marcia is also connected to a group of investors and already has an idea of a real estate investment that she can invest in with her qualified funds.
