Turnkey Retirement Newsletter: Volume 13

Most information we digest in the markets, trending news, etc. is opinionated speculation.

I.E. What’s going to happen is based on the information that is being shared.

As you digest information, adapt. Know what information is worth holding on to and what actually affects you.

The more we learn, the more informed decisions we can make.

Let’s Dive In.

The Great “AI”wakening

Clearly the markets are responding to all the AI hype being told in these companies narratives. As deflationary as tech is, i’m curious to see how the savings in these efficiencies are passed on to the consumer or the company.

Wall St. Moves To Texas

Happy to see opportunity for competition as Texas continues to be Texas. Lots of firepower and credibility in this move. Grab the popcorn.

Office Space Sits Idle

I was at a RE meetup this past week and the question was asked about commercial office space. “What about opportunity for conversions, etc.”?

With rates where they are at, you would have to have deep pockets to want to buy, sit, and make your money back on these spaces.

We have seen companies offload them for basically free. Opportunity is everywhere, but commercial office space is going to continue to be a rough ride.

Family Office Goes Private

I always ask why the money is doing what it is doing? Why would money be flowing here? My take is these family offices investing in private companies gives them a better layer of control than putting that money in public ones, a sense of decentralization.

If They Can, Why Can’t We?

Curious to see Zimbabwe’s debt to GDP Ratio.

(It’s 63% currently, nearly half of U.S)

Clearly accountability can be had.

Hang Tough

Lots of people out there fighting for a better way! If you see a friend struggling, maybe some positive financial education will get them out of this situation. Knowledge is power!

The Closing Word

I was reading in John 1 when Jesus was stepping onto the scene and starting his ministry.

One thing that stood out to me was how He called Nathaniel and mentioned that He had seen him sitting under a fig tree.

That detail is encouraging no matter what you are struggling with. God sees you and cares for you.

If you are struggling with a decision, situation, circumstance, etc., trust that God sees where you’re at and where you’re going.

To Freedom,

Parker
