Tech Adoption Cycles, How to Save 37% in Taxes, and The FED backtracks...again.

Turnkey Retirement Newsletter: Volume 4

February is here.

Shortest month of the year so there’s no time to waste.

Let’s dive in.

Up Up and Away

It took the internet 12 years to get to 60% adoption.

It took smartphones 10 years to get to 60% adoption.

It took AI 5 years to get to 60% adoption

While in the early stages of its adoption, Artificial Intelligence has already produced tools that have brought billions of visits and thousands of paying users for premium versions of AI products.

And the money will continue following AI because of the efficiencies it is bringing to the market overall.

Consider this when putting on your investor hat.

Ready. Set. Wait! 🤦🏽

It looks like the FED’s confidence in rate cuts for March is not looking as good as previously stated.

A month ago, there was 90% confidence this was going to happen, and now it’s not.

All of this is based on the FED wanting confidence inflation will be trending downward.

If that is the case, we will be waiting for a long time for that confidence.

Quick Question:

“How Do I know what tool is best for my investing preference?”

Answer:

When Self-directing your retirement investing, understanding your tools is vitally important. Just like you wouldn’t bring a wooden spoon to battle, so you shouldn’t bring certain retirement accounts to specific investments.

For instance, did you know investing with a Self-directed IRA can penalize you with a big tax bill when using debt? Specifically with the most popular asset class being real estate. You can pay up to 37% in taxes against your profits when you could be putting that money to work in your next deal.

But how!? Use a Self Directed 401k. A lot less friction in the self-directed 401k rules for alternative investors.

The Closing Word

“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty” Proverbs 21:5

Patience is a virtue and will serve us well in our journeys to financial independence.

Even the late Charlie Munger said “The world is full of foolish gamblers, and they will not do as well as the patient investor.”

Don’t let people push you into any opportunites.

Be able to walk into it with confidence.
